Welcome to medicine making extravaganza. getting our hands dirty. This series will include herb walks, playing in the garden and making your own medicine.
This series will include herb walks, playing in the garden, and making herbal medicine. Everyone will get to take home their own handmade medicine as well as a medicine making guide. We will cover some material medica, herbal actions and ritual. We will also cover some digestion basics, nervous system basics and how to build a robust immune system.
This workshop runs 1 weekend a month for 6 months. You are welcome to sign up for the whole thing or just an individual weekend.
LOCAL HERB WALKS
Join me and other enthusiasts in February to go on local plant walks! Explore what medicines are hiding in your backyard. How to identify plants and the basics of ethical harvesting.

Want to learn about the menstrual cycle? Learn how to track your cycle as a natural form of birth control and utilize your 5th vital sign?
This class is great for diving deep into how your cycle works and herbs + lifestyle tips to support a healthy flow. We will cover anatomy, wellness markers, common ailments, & herbal support. Plenty of recorded material, guide, resources and more!

This class is designed for folks who have some herbal background and understanding of plant actions, and want to take a deeper dive into understanding herbalism, body systems and the folklore around plants. We will also be covering seasonal themes that will help anchor in our relationships to plants and the natural world.
This Class runs 1 Thursday a month for 5 months
6-9PM PST - via Zoom
