Initial consults are typically 90 minutes. We dive deep into medical history, personal life and your concerns & goals.

Follow up consults are 40 minutes to an hour. Acute sessions are limited to 30 minutes.

All sessions include custom herbal formulations that can be picked up or shipped to you as well as a customized plan of care. Custom herbal formulations include tinctures, glycerties, capsules, salves, oils & more.
